Systems Check terms

What you get

A 60-minute video call. Within two business days afterward, your top three fixes in writing, plus a quote for a systems audit if you want one.

Price and payment

$300 (USD), paid in advance through the payment link we send by email. Your time is confirmed once payment is received.

Rescheduling

You can move your call once at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Just reply to your confirmation email.

Cancellations

Cancel at least 24 hours before your call for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, and missed calls, aren’t refunded, but we’ll offer you one new time.

If we have to cancel, you choose a new time or a full refund.

Credit toward the audit

If you book a systems audit within 60 days of your call, the $300 is credited toward it. The credit can’t be exchanged for cash.

What it isn’t

The Systems Check gives recommendations. It isn’t legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. What you put in place, and how, is your decision.

What you share with us is kept confidential and used only to prepare your summary and quote. See our privacy policy for how we handle personal information.
