Why this firm exists
Equilibrium grew out of running a business since 2014 with zero employees. Every process had to work without a back office, because there wasn’t one. What we build for clients had to work for us first: a business that still leaves room for the gym, dinner at home, and a day off that stays off.

We don’t run up open-ended hours. Anything extra is quoted first.
Every client has one lead: one person who knows your business, runs your monthly check-in, and is the person you call. Behind your lead is a bench of specialist partners, brought in for the parts that need them. You deal with one person, and each job goes to the right one.
We don’t build anything you can’t run without us.
