SERVICES
Small business automation, built and run for you.
Most of what we do is monthly: we run your systems and the work around them for one fixed fee. It starts with a $300 Systems Check, then a systems audit priced to the scope of your business. The $300 is credited toward the audit.

WHAT THE MONTHLY FEE COVERS
Your systems, run every week.
Your lead runs it, with specialist partners behind them when a job calls for one. The fee depends on how many locations you have, how much runs through your systems and which tools are involved. It’s quoted in writing and fixed once agreed.
Systems running
We watch the automations, fix what breaks, and keep the instructions current.
Exceptions worked
Anything your systems can’t handle goes to your lead, not to you.
Collections chased
Reminders and follow-up on overdue invoices, in your name.
Monday numbers
A short weekly report: cash in, money owed, work booked, and what needs you.
Monthly check-in
An hour with your lead on what’s working and what’s next.
Vendor cleanup
Seats, subscriptions and renewals reviewed, so you stop paying for what you don’t use.
New workflows
Small additions every month. Bigger ones are quoted before we start.
Fast replies
Questions and requests get an answer within one business day.
PLANS FROM
$2,000 a month
Your fee depends on the business. Extra work is quoted before we start. No lock-in.
HOW WE DECIDE WHAT TO BUILD
Calendar first. Software last.
Start with the calendar.
The time that isn’t negotiable goes in first. The business gets designed around it.
Cut before you build.
A lot of admin doesn’t need a system. It needs to stop.
Automate what repeats.
If you do it the same way every week, a system can do it too.
Write it down.
Plain instructions for everything, so nothing is stuck in anyone’s head. Including ours.
Check it weekly.
A short review every week keeps small problems small.

HOW IT WORKS
From first call to running every month.
STEP 1
Systems Check
$300, 60 minutes. We find the biggest bottleneck and send your top three fixes in writing.
STEP 2
Systems audit
We map how work moves today and decide what gets automated, simplified, or cut. Priced to scope, with the Systems Check credited toward it.
STEP 3
Build
We build it in the tools you already use wherever possible.
STEP 4
Move over and train
We move you onto the new system and make sure it sticks.
STEP 5
Managed operations
One fixed monthly fee. We run the system, work the exceptions, and keep adding to it.
MORE THAN ONE LOCATION
Set it up once. Roll it out to every site.
The first location gets the full build. Each new site gets the same setup, quoted as its own fixed fee, and joins the same monthly service.

QUESTIONS
Questions owners ask first.
What does it cost?
The Systems Check is $300, credited toward your audit if you go ahead. The systems audit is priced to the scope of your business. The build is a fixed fee, quoted in writing after the audit. Managed operations is one fixed monthly fee, with plans from $2,000 a month depending on the business. Extra work is quoted before we start, so you never get a surprise bill.
How long does a build take?
It depends on what we’re building. Your written quote includes the exact timeline before anything starts.
How much of my time does a build take?
Most of it goes into the mapping session and training. Your quote says how much to plan for.
Who does the work?
Every client has one lead who knows your business and is your point of contact. Specialist partners handle the parts that need them, under your lead.
What if I don’t have any systems at all right now?
How fast do you reply?
Within one business day, whether it’s a Systems Check request or a question from a client.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. It lives in your accounts and it’s documented.
Is this just automation?
Mostly. Before anything is automated, we decide what to simplify or stop doing, because some work shouldn’t be automated. It should stop.
What happens after the build ships?
We move into managed operations and run it for you. If you’d rather run it yourself, you walk away with full documentation. No lock-in.
Do you work with businesses that have more than one location?
Yes. We build the setup once, then roll it out to each new site, quoted as its own fixed fee.
That’s fine. The audit starts from how work moves today, whether that’s software, spreadsheets, or memory.
What tools do you work with?
Whatever you already use, where it makes sense: QuickBooks Online or Xero, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Jobber, Square, Stripe, Gusto, Airtable, Zapier and Make, among others. New tools only where those can’t do the job. We don’t resell a software platform.
ACCESS AND SECURITY
Your accounts stay yours.
How do you get into our accounts?
Through user seats or invites you create in your own accounts. We don’t ask for your personal passwords. If a tool only allows one login, it’s shared through a password manager, never by email or text.
How is access protected?
Two-factor authentication on every account we use, and access only as broad as the work needs. Admin rights only where a job requires them.
Who can see our data?
Your lead, and a specialist partner only when a job needs one, limited to the accounts that job touches. You get a written list of who has access to what.
What happens to access if we stop?
We remove our access, hand over the access list and documentation, and confirm in writing once it’s done. Everything we built stays in your accounts.
