What you send us: your name, email, business name and anything else you write in the contact form or in an email.

Details from our calls and work together, if you become a client.

Payment details are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.

Basic technical data collected by our website platform, such as browser type and IP address, used to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

To reply to you, schedule and run your Systems Check, deliver our services, send invoices, and keep the business records the law requires. We don’t sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we use to run the business, such as our website host and our email, scheduling and payment providers, and the specialist partners who work on your project, who are required to keep it confidential. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Your business data

When we work inside your accounts, we access only what the work needs. How that access is handled is set out on our Services page and in your service agreement.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for the reasons above, or as long as the law requires for tax and business records. After that, it’s deleted.

Cookies

Our website platform uses cookies the site needs to work and stay secure. We don’t use advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@eq-consulting.com. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local law, and we’ll honor them.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn’t directed at children.

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
